15% Discount on NOD #2 at Lulu.com

Apparently, NOD #2 (print) was not showing up in searches on Lulu.com. Lulu has fixed the problem and sent me the following email:

Note, the discount is only good until August 15, 2010. So, if you were thinking of buying a copy, now you can get it a bit cheaper.
